She tailors treatment to you and is available outside the appointment for follow up questions and concerns. Her sessions are a tailored mix of manual therapy and exercise, depending on what each client needs.

Lori accepts out of network insurance with all major carriers. We can verify your plan and benefits before your first session.

Lori does sessions in her office, which has an assortment of gym equipment and a treatment table. If you have a treatment table and/or gym at home, she can provide concierge services as well.

No (usually). In New York, Physical therapy has direct access, meaning that you can see a Physical Therapist without a prescription. However, certain insurances will not reimburse unless there is a script on file.

You can book sessions for 30 or 60 minutes!

Typically, sessions are 1-2x/week. If you are diligent with your Home Exercise Program, you can come less frequently.

Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. If you have a hip or back injury, shorts are recommended. If you have a shoulder or neck injury, a tank top is recommended.

Yes! The goal of Physical Therapy is to avoid risky treatment and to heal your body in the most conservative way possible. However, there are instances where surgery is necessary and Lori will let you know when those situations arise.

You must cancel within 24 hours of the session or pay for the session. When you block time, you are preventing others from signing up for appointments and the slot is not able to be filled on short notice.
